I prefer to employ the Functional Specification method of managing project deliverables. 

Applying old school HP style of  MBO/MBWA/MBCI methods when managing individuals

and the Hoshin method of managing multiple strategic teams.

Developed, sourced, priced, qualified and launched eleven new LFP media products to reseller channels.  Created robust retail MARCOM.  Established the companies first comprehensive CRM.

Developed and funded an enterprise SaaS CRM for event management with 360,000 lines of rock-solid code. Now rebranded as modernlifestyle.co, the dominant CRM within a major event production market.

Attained 10% worldwide Epson LFP sales.  Responsible $350K/YR discretionary market dev budget.  Maximized growth via channel management, reseller development.

Personally negotiated the largest commercial purchase contract in the history of Hewlett-Packard. 

Top Sales Rep in the world (all disciplines) with Hewlett-Packard for one year. Top three for two years.
